If you are restarting your router and getting same problems.. it either means there is someone who completely controls your routers mac address letting you not to use internet even you connect.. so I prefer to download zenmap and ping scan devices that connect to your network and after you get that.. copy his mac address, go to your routee settings and put him on a ban list or block list..whatever your router listed it as. OR you could just use mac address filtering... Google that it's a simple lengthy step. Or check the line of the cable in incase someone tries to breach or sth.. And if it is getting slow.. go online and check for its speed.. you could use fast.com or check internet speed.org or sth becha there are sites that measures ur connection speed and check for the packets sent and received.. if that doesnt match your internet speed.. there is definitely someone on the middle) And try to do online research more to get more relevant solution and keep learning about the possible actual problems.
