Peeps, I am quitting my job and I want to do it ASAP. Will be handing in my resignation today but don't want to ruin my very positive relationship with my employers so how long is the legal grace period? I think Ethiopian Labour law says you need to inform them a month prior while the ILO says two weeks is acceptable. Which is it?
