Jul 24, 2021Distactions are good. Keeping busy and occupying yourself. Not letting your mind rest to think or your heart rest to feel. Do stuff. Things you like, things that will help you. Just wake up in the morning to work and maybe you'll feel less sadness. Give time for anything but on what happened until you get strong enough to face it
