im a girl i have a bf Ena we talk on tg a lot our relationship is i can say on it.we are both campas students in d/t places but same home town we've been on date one time....the thing is how can i make him ask me out more frequently coz the text thing im fed up with it..and don't tell me to ask him why coz he says he has financial problems and he doesn't want to make me pay.so by now he thinks raising this is staring chekechek So is it normal to meet once in 2 and half years relationship?and what should i do
