Is it possible to have ur telegram account hacked ? If yes what are the signs that its been , hacked? Could finding numbers you didn't save be a sign?

Well here is the thing, i found some of my family members phone number which i strictly did not save ! I have let someone else access telegram through my phone yes , but it wouldn't make sense if those people had my family members numbers.
