What is ur phone model

Did you try by starting the phone while holding the vol+ and power key ? It's hard reset I think it should work

You are asking to factory reset a phone. Now, you said its full of virus but if you can go to settings and search "factory" you will find factory reset setting. The names differ for different model phones. Or you could hard reset by shutting down your phone and staring it by holding "volume + , power key and home key" or if you don't have power key just "volume + and power key" and use the volume buttons to navigate to factory reset and it'll work. BEWARE!! Factory reset means you'll delete all your personal files(photos, vids, apps) and the phone will be brand new just like it came straight from the factory. But if you post your phone type maybe I can find out and inform you the specific infos to reset it. Thanks
