Where do u go during passport appointment day Post office or immigration office? Do I have to necessarily receive text or email after payment to go there?

For finalising your documents, go to the immigration office. But for receiving, you will go to the post office. Yeah, you must take the payment receipt with you especially there is the bar code necessary to be found on it. Otherwise, the security guards will not let you in.
