I think they have different and they have the same thing ፀሎት ከአምላክ ጋር ምታወራበት መንገድ ነው ተመስጦ በነገሮች or ከራስህ ጋር በሀሳብ የምትሄድበት ......ነገር ነው ግን ስለፀለይክ ብቻ አምላክን ታገኛለክ ማለት አይደለም ግድ በፀሎትክ ውስጥ ተመስጦ (ሀሳብን ሰብስቦ ...,,)ለምን ?ለማን ?,እደምትፀልይ ማወቅ አለብክ in my way of understanding

Meditation is separating ur self from the body & mind, u are existence! prayer is.. well u know what it is

ይለያያሉ ትንሽ ፀሎት is like communicating with God or allah ... ተመስጦ is not necessarily communicating with an entity , it maybe talking to your inner self or something like that.... But they're not completely different , since both require high level of concentration and detachment with the physical realm

አንድ ናቸው ጭንቅላት ነው የሚከፋፍላቸው ፀሎት የሚፀልይ ሰው ወደውስጡ አምላክ እንዳለ እያሰበ ይፀልያል ተመስጦም ያው ነው ግን ከፀሎት በጣም የተሻለ መንገድ ነው
