Personality I'd look at two things. His age and his actions. If he's a young man trying his very best to change his situation then that makes the two of us. Most of us are born from poor parents and it's what we're doing with our youth that matters. Him working hard and smart to make his life better tells me that he's the kinda person that wants a family he can take of well. But, if he's the unserious type that isn't doing shit about his life, no need to wait and waste time on.
