Hello guys, how can I increase my calve size? I have been doing calf raise for the past 6 month and I have seen no change and I have anterior pelvic tilt and flat foot. Is there anyway they are relate? I am like 6 feet tall and my calves size are barely 12 inch, please guy help me.

Jun 21, 2021You might not notice it but you've probably toned your legs. Try weights for a month or two esti. Like put on a bag or sth and do the calf raises. decrease the reps and increase the weight by little on every set
