Hi guys Few days ago..me and my 2 friends measured our weight...ina result u inesu 44 ina 46 honu..ine demo 42 ihonalew biye neber gn..I am 31kg🤪😳😳😳I just said mizanu tebelashtual(I know it works right)....now I am the talk of the class and grade..like she's 31 kg..here 31kg...there 31kg... everywhere 31kg...God save me..ina what should I do to gain more weight??.. don't tell me to eat I am tired of this suggestion...any other solution??

Jun 20, 2021Even tho u need to eat more that can be neglected but 3 meal a day is mandatory . I suggest 3 liters of water per day and a lot of sleep try to sleep at any time possible
