literally No one can lie that Teddy Afro one of the best Ethiopian singers of all time; Both in lyrics and Melody. So not all ppl hates him personally. But if you ask why he and his ideology are hated, the major reason some of the songs he sang in 90's got majorities in offence and they had also blocked the companies whose sponsored his songs. One of the song was Ja Yastertyal, if I'm not wrong............then Tkur sw added as well after a decade, the hate increased....the speech on Millennium hall " Ye (Negestat) amlak ymesgen" word tripled the hate among him.
