Hey, anyone here who have trichotillomania? Or know someone who have it? How do you handle it? Like I get bald patches after having an episode of it, which obviously isn't great. I know it doesn't have a cure but anything to stop or at least minimize it?

Jun 19, 2021You can chop off your hands for starters. If you don't wanna be so aggressive, shave your head until the compulsion gradually fades. Plus this corrects the uneven and bald spots... There are some OCD meds too.
