Bro its a common thing bezu atechenek 😂. I am experiencing this since grade 10 and am very very healthy like I will never be full of the lunchbox I take or the food I eat in home . I have heard that it will come along in a stages of puberty specially if you are becoming tall or changing body shape, that might be the reason. I dont know ur age so take this as a hypothesis 😁. But if u really want the feeling of tegab i.eat as much as u can ii.ur stomach will be bloated iii.run into toilet 😂
