Im guessing one of the reasons might be because you call yourself cute. You can't own balls and call yourself cute at the same time. Also from your wording of this question i can clearly see that you're whiny. Fix your attitude, be confident, and actually approach the girls and don't be too offended if you get rejected cause that happens to everyone. If you bitch about being rejected then you truly failed. Don't go for girls in your close friends circle, that doesn't work. Be respectful but also be firm about your stances and don't be afraid to let her know if you're not cool with something cause that will make her respect you even more. Workout, dress well and take care of your appearance and it doesn't help if you look like a freakin puppy. Do these things and you will definitely attract some girls and possibly a very nice potential girlfriend.
