You could use a sitz bath (luke warm-hot water with salt) as a short time remedy till u get it checked out which u should...it could be an internal or external hemorrhoid(the external being the more painful one) bt if u are in a situation where u cant go to the clinic any time soon u can use the medication "Sediproct" it is a rectal suppository "BID"(one in the morining and one in the evening) preferably after a bowel movement...it takes up to 3-4 doses to take effect and till u start seeing a difference in the reduction of pain and discomfort.
