What iphone do you use gn? Im not to iphones anymore but this happened to me before. I had iphone 5 ena its OS was IOS 8. It worked all fine, till i updated it to IOS 9. After that, the phone started to lose charge instantly, *Just like your case*

Depends on the model, but if it's the latest model get it replaced the battery malate nw

Mine is 86% ena it works damn fine like ketewat 2seat eske mata 4 mnamn on daily basis
