But walking is more effective and drink cinamon with honey and water it helps a lot last but not least if u love eating food eat very small meal than usual but freaquently per day. btw i got all this info from a doctor on tiktok.😊

Hving said tht you have to cut off sweets, fast food and any other unhealthy foods from ur diet . The 2nd one is starting an exercise. U can start by doin simple beginner friendly workouts and in course of time u will upgrade it ...drink lots of water and keep it consistent and you will see change. U can do it!.
