Just try to get alone time and really think of what you want...this things are hard to figure out if you are always surrounded by people...and also try sth new like a class things that interests you may be a music class...designing...graphics i don't know wat u like jst sth to keep ur mind of things nd focus on....hope zus will be helpful😊
