First of all prophet mohammed is not mentioned only 4 times dude and second issah(jesus) is not mentioned 99times and try to read it deeply u have to understand before u judge because the Quran said issah(jesus) is messenger not god we never believe in human and just because it's mentioned more than mohammed it doesn't mean he is god issah is messenger and we love him but we don't believe he is god .....

In Quran, prophet was mentioned by his name 5 times. But numerous time he was mentioned as “thee”, (also by ”apostle” and “messenger”) since God was talking to him directly through revelation. Other previous prophets were called by name since they were discussed in past tense.

Man Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) is mentioned many times but he has many names n Allah mentioned him by other names of his, eg: "Habib" is his name. And also there is a sura called Mohammed so it doesn't mean that Jesus(pbuh) is mentioned more n prophet Mohammed(pbuh) is mentioned less. The next thing that u wrote is a conversation between Mary(pbuh) n Allah(swt) abt giving birth without having a relation....with a man, and also it is written that at the lastation of this world Jesus will come n save the true believers from the false Messiah called Dajjal but not by him self, wiz help of God.

And 'qul' which means 'oh Muhammad' or 'say oh Muhammad' 4, kalimatullah or word of god means the way jesus(pbuh) was created is different from us and Muhammad(pbuh) he was created without a father from only a virgin so it was miraculous birth. the word ''be and it is'' is word of god. With this word is jesus created just like adam was created. مَا كَا نَ لِلّٰهِ اَنْ يَّتَّخِذَ مِنْ وَّلَدٍ ۙ سُبْحٰنَهٗ ۗ اِذَا قَضٰۤى اَمْرًا فَاِ نَّمَا يَقُوْلُ لَهٗ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ "It is not [befitting] for Allah to take a son; exalted is He! When He decrees an affair, He only says to it, "Be," and it is."

There is no other prophet or any other human being given the title by which Allah honors Jesus as His word; so, in this sense, we can say that Jesus is the Word of God according to the Qur’an. Nevertheless, the words of God are many, and we can understand the designation given to Jesus better if we consider other verses of the Qur’an in which similar phrases are used. Sometimes Kalimah is used for the words spoken by God to Adam, Abraham, and other “servants” of God, including Mary(peace be with all of them), and His prophets.Sometime what is meant by the word of God is more general, the command of God, or the divine message: “…He made the word of the faithless the lowest; and the word of Allah is the highest…” (9:40); “and If all the trees on the earth were pens, and the sea replenished with seven more seas [were ink], the words of Allah would not be spent. (31:27).

Not Our prophet Mohammed Pbuh is mentioned more than Jesus. Our prophet is mentioned by his name only 4 times. But Allah most of the time calls him not by his name but He uses names like "O Messenger" since the revelation sent to him through Jibril(Gabriel), he is called by the word "Qul"(say Mohammed) cause every messages are sent to him. And also most of the histories of the prophets and others told to him. So it must be mentioned a name whose history is being told. I need to add something pharaoh is mentioned more than Jesus in the Quran. So it is nothing to be mentioned more than someone or less. "Allah knows the best"
