May 29, 2021Alright #asker before you copy paste that weight lifting analogy...listen to my reasoning... I believe i need to be mature enough or have the mindset to read before i pick up a book.... And at this moment I don't have that mindset... Also i gate this perception people have towards books.... Like many people believe reading books makes people smart... so lots of people start reading just for the end product of becoming an intellectual....and i admit i have been that person before. .so at some point i just said i am not gonna read books until i feel like i should read and i start to love the process and not fixate on the idea of gaining some sort of third eye (of sorts).... Anyway, i know I'll strt reading after some years or so....but i just wanted to say what i said because i see lots of people saying "you need to read books"...like i hate the way people make it a necessity when it should be a good hobby.
