... after u become a nurse with probably good grade 5yr - accelerated medicine in ~4yrs - take national exam to get speciality - score good score 2 get ur 1st choice surgery - learn >=4yr if u go with out repeating year - since work isn't zat accessible u may start sub speciality >=2 yrs....
