I faced two problems. First, when I go to INVEA on my appointment date, they said I didn't pay, though I actually did. Then, I went to room number 4 (a room beside INVEA main door) - they solved it there after I gave them the receipt I received from CBE. Second, when I went to post officie to receive my passport on my appointment date, they told me to come after a week. When I went after a week, they told me to go to INVEA. I went to INVEA, then to post office. Again to INVEA, then to post office. And again to INVEA, then to post office. Finally, I received my passport 1 month after my appointment date to post office. 😂😂😂
