May 24, 2021First try to free your mind from stress and distraction, Plan everything how you will every minute of the day starting from the small things, studying is all about time management, Give yourself a little break for refreshment every time you study, you can take a nap between your studying hours, or you can go out drink coffee or tea. Also your friend circle can influence your studying habit.
