Wassup I bought a phone in december redmi note 9 pro and i used it for 5 months and out if no where it stops working , i have a 1 year guarrante so i took it there, they try to fix it but it was a no show ..so my question is i have a right to ask for another new phone ryt ? Since i have the warranty paper ?
