Meet new ppl ...try smt new ....even small things like taking cold shower instead of hot one mnamn

Work on the things you want to improve about yourself.

Don't try to make a connection with new people's and stuff .it has no use it will even make it worse .Just read the books as that dude said...

Find something new to do try new things

Go on vacation mnamn to refresh your mind and do sth new that you have never done before
