Boil it be tnsh dist like 2 cups of water and 3 tbl spoons of telba together then mewefer sijemir take it out and use a colander to separate the seeds from the water while hot cause if you wait long after taking it out from the stove then it won't separate...then when it cools add small amount of hair oil and beat it bedenb then use it 😊...if you have leftovers you can put it in the fridge and use it another time as well it can last for upto like 2 or 3 days without going bad
