I kw man. I've been there. Can totally relate. I think the best thing to do is distance urself from the people u hanged around with when u were with her. Because be it ur friends family or any other people u used to hang aroubd with when u were with her, they constantly remind her of u about her wheather u like it or not. As for me i saw some video back then and i distanced my self from the people that i told u about and started setting goals minamn ena i started to socialise with d/t people ena it worked for me. I forgot about her in less that 2 months. That's a true story. Make sacrifices bro. Unless u want to be trapped in the past. My goal was bodybuilding too. Pc bruh✌️
