Apr 28, 2021You've been infected by a virus that turns your .exe files to 0 KB. Basically makes all your apps useless. Your immediate solution is to reinstall your broken apps. Your long term solution is to reinstall windows and not disabling your antivirus this time.

What you need to do is download or buy an updated antivirus I recommend "AVAST",and run a boot time scan then "delete" the scanned threates or the viruses which are moved to "virus chust"thn it will not just allow you to install your software but will also inprove the speed of your computer.
