Put the download subtitle and the movie in the same folder and make the name of the subtitle and the movie the same..for example if the name of the subtitle is "one" and the name of the movie is "two".. Make the name of both the subtitle and the movie the same like "one"-subtitle and "one"-movie

Depends on your video player but all of em have subtilte options, click on that and it will either bring insert or add subtitle options click on that and browse through your files and select the subtitle

If you are using vlc media player just put the video and subtile file in the same folder then it opens it when you play the video or manually u can insert by clicking add subtitle.
