For me Family is a bonding and not just staying together It is a feeling of security which you get not because you are related to them in name but because you are related to them by heart It is a connection which you feel and not just written in words In your case, it is about the bonding you have developed with the relative. There might be a chance of you developing the same kind of relation with a friend 😊
