Most of the people here will say no it's not, they're just overthinking, but speaking realistically, most of these days Ethiopian adults aged 14-25 are literally DEPRESSED. It differs from people to people as it ranges from a mild type to a clinical type of depression. Have ya'll ever constantly tested yourself over the following simple questions? 1. Have Iost interest in activities or hobbies that I used to enjoy? 2. Do you feel down on yourself and non confident? 3. Have trouble sleeping? Can't sleep, less sleep and too much thinking, or even over sleeping? 4. Feeling tired, no energy and zero motivation to do anything except sit down and watch movies for long hours? 5. Concentration problems? 6. Memory problems like forgetting much? 7. Suicidal thoughts? 8. Have the above symptoms affected your daily life too much such as family, school, friends, relationships and work? If you've answered at least 4 'Yes' to the above questions, please seek help for yourself. When I mean help, not like the rich countries where you go for a counseling and shit. We live in Ethiopia and the society doesn't yet accept any terms related to MENTAL HEALTH thus 1. Help yourself, talk to your friends, family member or a partner 2. Always fight yourself to be optimistic on matters whatever the reason 3. Try changing a depressive environment and start by cutting of unwanted friendss 4. All and all, listen to good music and watch more movies that are entertaining than actions.
