If they like going out, go out with them and entertain them like make them happy for a day, kinda to show you're there for them yk. If they like it at home, just tnsh wetachu go home with them of you can and hangout. So you can be part of their comfort zone, which makes you able to be helpful. And tell them its going to be Alright.
Apr 20, 2021First of all show them that they can trust you then make them tell you the reason why they are like this and try to become to be the solution in anyway even if you cant find someone who can human psychology is hard to understand but commonly we all want wanna be heard even if the person doesn't have the right reasons to be like this treat the as its hard but tell them they can get through because if you just make the problem easy they will think that you haven't understood them ....and if they totally dont want to talk about it dont nag them just be right beside them and be the courage for them if the cry be there to hold them if they shout hug them if they wanna break thing break with them and eventually they will know they got you and improve
