I am not experienced but here are the things i picked up online. Find something in common before you even meet or at least research what she likes and appear as you like it or know about it. Don't ask too many questions. Try to be the first to arrive or be a bit late(not so long but late enough) then when you meet you can talk about or make up something why you are late or why she was late. Finally talk very much online before you meet so you could flashback and talk about these moments
