-Radiology technician is the one who operates the instrument like CT, MRI. it's under other health sciences and it takes 4 years to graduate. -Radiologist is a medical doctor who specialised on Radiology; who diagnose diseases by X ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Pet scan, etc. You need to learn medicine for 6& half years, then 4 years for Radiology, 10 years in total.
