This will help your kidneys function better. Studies haven't shown direct correlation of Covid-19 with Liver Diseases and this means you don't have to do extra things. Monitor your health and if the symptoms are too severe, go to the hospital and seek treatment. As for the unofficial treatments, keep feeding yourself healthy fruits and other food with high nutrients. Supplementary pills aren't mandatory but you should ask a doctor's advice before taking them.
