That said, first commenter was spot on. Nothing bonds us at school more than the games we play together. Football, basketball, tennis whatever is available in your school. Just ask to join and play with these strangers that will soon be your buddies. (I always played football every school I go to). I can tell you are a smart kid just your English and your age, be active in class. Maybe sign up for a mini media program that you like. And just try to force yourself to do things that you may not be 100% comfortable with, you may have never played basketball in your life but don't hesitate to give it a try... May 13, 2021I'd been in the same exact situation when I got into cathe 9th grade. The size plus how people have their own cliques can be intimidating asff. Especially during lunch breaks is the worst. But how I survived it is, I found ways to get along with my classmates and just kicked it with any one of em. You don't necessarily need specific friends to have fun in highschool, as long as you're in your own zone other people will gravitate towards you. Besides cathe is biggg and from all those students you'll make tons of friends till you reach senior year. That's when you realize it doesn't matter all that much as long as you're feeling good in your own place. Just relax and confidently approach people you think vibe with you💛

Bcha First up, don't overthink it. Its betam normal not having friends. Second if u r a boy lelochu endalut some activities lay tesatef. It's ideal if u could join the basketball team especially if u r in grade 7 or 9. Also class mateochh ga talk about anything and everything. And remember everyone is just like u. No one knows anything and the people that u think are intimidating are the ones minkebakebuk fo real trust me about this. It's not ye wich ager highschool where they hate u by just looking at u.
