I work in a hospital and i have actually seen people married that are discordant and they both knew one was negative and one was positive before they started relationship. Many times. It is a life time decision but yeah people like these exist. Not sure but looks like you are positive and want to tell someone you like (just guessing) if you trust them you can tell them. Good luck
