Tikur anbessa is under A.A.U so human resource wise they are uncomparable!! Even for year 1 and 2 students specialists at the zenith of their carreer are assigned to teach... instructors there, are the best in the country like there is virtually no one whose better than them...it's basicaly african harvard. But if you see the facility to students saint paul is miles ahead. (I know both)
