I was tested in ICL a few days ago and they dont call or answer their phone, you have to go to their center to pick up your results (you must show your receipt to get ur result). I was negative so I dont know the procedure for when you're positive but I'm pretty sure they will tell you to quarantine either in one of the covid centers in the city like millennium or at home if you prefer that.
