They are not sick a lot keyet ametahew. They reported side effects new milew so how common waere the side effects yemilew new wesagnu. Cos side effects like vomiting fever chills joint pain are very common and expected. And the vaccine doesn't work for 3 months only, it's just that the researches done were only done at 3 month time period cos of shortage of time, so it is sure it works for AT LEAST 3 months. It will probably work for longer but it might not be lifelong which again is common in vaccines because a lot of vaccines need update every 5-10 years.
