I'm sorry to hear that, I used to feel like that. God, I even used to vomit every time I ate, so I was scared of eating anything. Exercise was the only solution for me, the more I lost weight the less the cramps I got. I hope you don't get obsessed with losing weight tho, I was like that before with dieting, and didn't eat anything for a week. Exercise with a healthy diet is the solution, and if you are overweight, lose some weight. At least, that has helped me.

Period crams isn't new but pain to z point that u cant walk or move a normal way is not common ...I barely feel a thing during my period, my sis has bad pain but nothing like urs so I don't know much to help so get checked not by any doctor but by gynecologists ter must b some explanations to ur sudden change in ur crams ayzosh.
