Mar 17, 2021I had the same problem a few yrs ago but i am cured now thanks GOD... what u have to do is you have to limit the time u spend on social media and do things that are more productive and meet people outside make friends in school or sefer wst and especially don't use social media right after u wake up from sleep or right before u go to bed those times are crucial to our brain. And its better if u meet ur online friends or ignore them totally but the main point is limit ur social media time and do things that make ur brain active like exercises or meeting friends in person... anyway i wish u the best✌️
