Mar 16, 2021If it smells now anyways, why don't you brush it then? You can use herbal and flouride free toothpaste. Keza wechi demo, mouth wash(alcohol yelelew) turu new yibalal. Focus mainly on cleaning your tongue, if you don't have yeteborebore tirs then your fresh smell will definitely last. Also use mefakiya(yeinchet) frequently, and also drink water bedemb. Mastika will help too, gin sugar free kalhone betam yabisewal endewm. The bacteria in your mouth love 1, a dry mouth 2, sugar-related food 3, dirty mouth. Oh and also, yetim bithon, don't forget to rinse your mouth kemigib bohala. Use your lanqa to try and clean your mouth too. I hope this helps :)
Mar 16, 2021Not quite sure why you don't use a toothpaste but whatever your reasons maybe then I suggest you try alternatives like a small amount of baking soda once or twice a week but no more than that. You can mix it up with some particular fruits like strawberry for example. Or you can also opt for charcoal. Both help get rid of stains and bacteria.
