lets talk about orthodox and protestant.what is their main difference. wanna see some perspective from you guys and do orthodox believe that Jesus only died for their past sins? and why it is said the center is shifting from Christ when it should have been him or why is He, God, preached always?
Jan 16, 2020Their religion is based on protesting our religion (orthodox). That's the only thing i understand whenever i hear them talk lol.
Jan 17, 2020Who else knew that the person who asked this would be protestant? Loll people, i didn't even go out today to avoid you people shouting/preaching at megenagna and you still manage to find me. Got to appreciate the effort tho, am i righttt
Jan 17, 2020My Brother or sister in Christ we have 5 basic difference(btw am a follower of EOTC) 1, The holy Trinity( Father, Son and Holy Spirit) 2,The incarnation (the devine son of God becoming a man) 3,The centrality of the church ( dwelling place of God in the spirit) 4,the virtues( God's call to his people to live the righteous anb holy lives in Christ) 5,Salvation ways. If you want to know more you can contact me.

Jan 17, 20201 Jesus is God 2 Jesus died to give back humanity the free will it lost; because of his resurrection humans have got their original nature back. Salvation is the main difference between the orthodox and the protestant (but it is not the only reason). If you really want to know about their difference , There are many books you could read
Jan 17, 2020Well honestly speaking I’ve been raised a Protestant my entire life and I know most aspects of the religion so here’s my view of what I know We do not hate st. Mary indeed she is loved in the religion but she is in no way worshiped and we do not believe in her ability to “mamaled“ We have 66 books when they have 88 (I think) That God is the only one who is to be worshiped and we avoid worshiping angels and whatnot And here’s a point of What I think Most of our bible are pretty much the same especially the 66 and in that I can GUARANTEE you that it has no mention of st mary mamaled yemil as well as angels are just mere followers to God We do believe in the holy trinity and it’s power So I think most things from the orthodox religion making it different from Protestants is just a lack of understanding and the things I’ve mentioned
Jan 19, 2020#asker ↩ In reply to: "My Brother or sister in Christ endewerede yemnkebelew geta eyesus taught us in the revelation about the prophecy of that..." Ya.i cant agree more The things you're mentioning are very fascinating really.you adher most of what i think too. I will dm u with some questions if thats fine
Jan 17, 2020My Brother or sister in Christ endewerede yemnkebelew geta eyesus taught us in the revelation about the prophecy of that book like anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in that book also in deuteronomy egziabher command us we shouldn't add to nor take away from the bible leza nw my dear and yea true that we live in a spiritual world and the supernatural is not always divine. Jesus so love us he taught us to test the spirits 1John 4:1-6.John writes to tell us there is such thing as truth and error and that we can tell the difference. Orthodox Christians we know this to be true and the Holy Spirit is with us giving discernment to us and prevailing over the false spirits because we have concentrated commitment to the study of Scripture( a few still aren't reading and learning the bible but finger crossed for them to read the bible because it’s the source of all truth, the supreme authority in all spiritual matters, containing everything necessary for salvation and spiritual life).
