I was locked in until u mentioned highschool, but you seem a bit more mature, so all u gotta do is just tell him you like him, or you like smth that he does and see how it goes from there. You dont have to dump everything at once. People dont just decide to fall in love, they get to know eachother, and love is a byproduct! Some random day you realize...wait am i actually in love? I would tell you that the whole thing is not good in highschool but i dont think that actually changes anything.
