Its not that i want to scary it could be easy but lately i was feeling pain around my back and after a while it spreads around the two sides of my waist and i went to see a doctor and it turns out to be kidney related case. So it may not be the same as mine but i think you should visit a hospital or clinic and see what the doctor says. They might check it via ultrasound if they think the pain is kidney related.
