First of all, I would like to compliment you for adding some feature those are essential for asker which had been user had lacked before. And I could find some of the feature unexpectedly cool and awesome which I never thought of. But.... I'm not comfortable with that 0 and nearer negative user can't ask question. Because, When everyone joins this channel for first time, it is known that they would come up with 0rep. Or maybe they might have gain Negative reputation for unsatisfactory purposes. So, When these types of people are in problem and requires immediate solution (especially if they are newcomers), there is no way to ask question due to their noobie neutral reputation.

Explicit questions (controversial topics, sexual topics) will be hidden from the channel in the best interests of people who do not want to see such content. Not a fan of this part; could you let us choose individually if we want those topics censored or not? So that, only those who prefer not to see those contents can block them out?
