Equal in what sense. If it is in wealth, strength, fame, and any other thing that you posses by being more wise and more hard worker than others, yes, there is no equality. If you defined it by the ability to do something, now it becomes obscure. Because, you can't just make a standard to mesure ability. For example if you say the ability to do push up, what about the ability to do maths. But if you defined equality as being in the same level of "beingness", now it becomes obvious. In that sense it is reality.
