from my experience one think you can do is to replace the habit with another one, first get rid of every porn related materials ,then when u ever feel that way don't over think it, just get up and do something else like for 5min trust me it will go away. don't fool yourself staying on your bed arguing with yourself that your not gonna do it this time. besides get up early and workout, drink a lot of work and try to relax. what ever you're dealing with your life don't stress out.
